For me, how an object is perceived is key, so I carefully consider textures, movement, and reflections before choosing colors. I believe that interaction and engagement with an object help create a deeper connection.
From a young age, I was always curious about how things worked and enjoyed building new things. It’s no wonder that at 6, I got my own toolbox as a birthday gift, and by 7, I was already under the sink with my dad, trying to figure out how a tap works.
That early curiosity has evolved into my work, where I love experimenting with materials and highlighting their unique characteristics. Focusing on details to bring out each material’s unique qualities, I particularly enjoy working with wood as my medium.
